A BIG thank you to all the individuals, parishes and schools that made Buckets of Love such a resounding success – by giving from the heart!

Thank you too, to the corporates who sponsored Buckets in lieu of gifts to clients, and caring friends who did the same in lieu of anniversary and birthday gifts. And a special thank you to those who hosted events to raise funds for Buckets of Love.

As you can imagine, for families in rural communities where unemployment and dire poverty is a huge struggle, each Bucket of Love is a saving grace. These simple buckets filled with 13 nutritious food items are worth more than you can imagine – especially at Christmas time.

But the truth is, the Buckets of Love mean much more than having food over the festive season – they mean hope and happiness too. That’s why friends like you are such a big part of all we do.

YOU are what makes us who we are!

Last December we got to go even further into tiny forgotten communities in some of the remotest parts of the Cape – taking hope and love with your Buckets of Love.

Thank you for allowing us to make a difference and save vulnerable families from facing a bleak festive season riddled with hopelessness and hunger.
